THE RULES

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kuku & Dolls website ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Anyone is welcome to browse. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian place the order on your behalf. If you're under 13, a parent or guardian should supervise your use of the Site and handle any signups or purchases.

You agree to use the Site for lawful, kind purposes only. Please don't:

• Misuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the Site.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information.
• Impersonate another person, including Kuku.
• Try to bypass any security or rate-limiting measures.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these rules.

We don't currently offer fan accounts. Checkout works as a guest. If we add accounts in the future, we'll update these Terms.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud.

Returns are covered in our FAQ. Lip products and mystery boxes are final sale for hygiene reasons.

All content on the Site — including the Kuku & Dolls name, logo, illustrations, product designs, photographs, and copy — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

Personal, non-commercial use (like sharing a product page with a friend) is totally welcome.

When you send us a message (via the contact form, fan mail, or social), you grant us permission to read, reply, and — if it's clearly meant to be public (like a tagged social post) — share it with credit. We will never publish private contact-form messages without your permission.

The Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep everything accurate and working, but we don't guarantee the Site will always be available, error-free, or fit a specific purpose beyond what's described on each product page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuku & Dolls will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.

You agree to take responsibility for how you use the Site and to compensate Kuku & Dolls for any losses caused by you breaking these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Kuku & Dolls is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
